This 5-page editorial gives a brief background of the debate around migrants in Israel. Some feel that it is Israel’s ethical and moral responsibility to allow asylum seekers refuge in Israel as full-fledged citizens. Others argue that Israel has no such obligation and that the strain placed on the country’s resources is far too great to justify.
